How to schedule a session?
Scheduling a session is now easier then ever. Head over to our session calendar and choose the session that best fits what you are looking to have us capture. It will take you to our calendar to choose the date and time of your session. Once a date and time are selected, it will direct you to another form to fill out including: name, telephone number and email address. You will receive an email shortly after confirming your session appointment and an invoice will be sent to you.
If for some reason you have any difficulties scheduling a session, please do not hesitate to contact me through my email or telephone number.
I have scheduled my session. Now what?
Within a short little while you will receive an email from me confirming your session is on my books. You will have 24 - 48 hours to pay the invoice for the non-refundable session fee. If we haven't already, you should receive a call from me to talk about your upcoming session and to discuss any further questions you may have.
What happens if I need to reschedule my session?
I understand completely if we need to reschedule a session. Sometimes your little one is sick, or there is a family emergency. I allow one reschedule for your session. After your first reschedule, I charge a $25 fee to reschedule each time. There are no refunds on session fees.
If for some reason, I have a family emergency and need to reschedule, I will contact you as soon as possible. I offer a rescheduled session for the next day or within the next week.
From the time we finish our session to viewing your images is about a week's time. Depending on the time of year and where the holidays fall. I do post at least 2-3 sneak peeks from your session on Facebook and Instagram.
